Manual Collect is a live request
When you tap Collect, the game sends a request to settle an open bet. SmartSoft’s public rules explain that the request is processed by the game server and the actual multiplier at processing time is used, provided the round has not crashed. The value can therefore differ from the number shown at the moment you tap.
The demo rules mention normal processing delay around 200–300 milliseconds, but this is explanatory text, not a guaranteed service time. Connection quality, device performance and the operator integration can all affect what the player sees. Use the settled record rather than the tap animation to confirm a result.
What if the crash happens first?
If the plane explodes before the server accepts the Collect request, the open stake is considered lost under the rules. A fast touch or mouse click cannot reverse an already completed crash. The provider also states that player speed or skill does not influence or define the game outcome.
Do not try to compensate for a missed collection by immediately raising the next stake. A missed request is a risk of a real-time game, and the next flight is not obliged to produce a favourable result. Check the current operator’s rules for how a disputed settlement is recorded.
Configuring Auto Cashout
Where available, Auto Cashout lets a player set a multiplier target that triggers a collection request. SmartSoft lists Auto Cashout among the newer JetX features. Operator builds may offer different panel layouts, target controls or defaults, so verify the setting in the exact interface before take-off.
Check the selected target and which bet panel it belongs to. An Auto Cashout request only executes if the flight reaches the target while still active; a crash earlier can leave the bet lost. It automates a rule, not a prediction, and it does not improve the underlying random odds.
Auto Cashout versus Autoplay
Auto Cashout and Autoplay are different controls. Auto Cashout requests collection at a chosen multiplier within one active bet. Autoplay can repeat a configured stake across future rounds, often with stop conditions. A game may include one, both or different versions of the settings.
Repeated play can make it easier to lose track of time and accumulated stakes. If Autoplay is available, read the round count and stop rules before enabling it. Keep the feature off if you are uncertain how it applies to the next round or how it interacts with a manual bet.
Target selection and risk
A lower target can be reached earlier when a flight rises far enough, but it does not guarantee the request will be accepted before a low crash. A higher target leaves the stake exposed for longer and may produce a larger gross return if accepted. These are trade-offs, not a system for predicting where the jet will explode.
SmartSoft’s public rules connect the maximum RTP in the listed range with the lowest possible crash multiplier. That disclosure does not make the lowest target profitable or risk-free. Every bet can still be lost if the crash comes before the request processes.
Two or more panel settings
The New Era JetX product page lists up to four simultaneous bets. Each panel may have separate stake and cash-out choices. Before starting, calculate the total amount exposed and make sure you understand whether manual and automatic settings are active on each panel.
All active panels share the round’s crash event. A collection on one panel does not necessarily settle another. Review the bet list and history after the flight so that you do not count a successful panel while overlooking an open bet that lost.
Connection interruptions
The public demo rules say that an active bet can continue through a disconnection until the round finishes. If a player reconnects before the end, manual collection may still be possible; otherwise the bet can lose or reach its maximum cap. If Auto Cashout is enabled, the rule can trigger if its target is reached.
This is a summary of the launcher’s rules, not a promise for every operator. Check the live game and account terms. After a connection interruption, inspect the round history and balance before making another bet; record the round ID if you need official support.
A safe way to learn the controls
Use a demo round to find the Collect button, preset target field, panel association and history. Observe how the final processed multiplier appears after the round. Do not infer that a demo’s latency or settings match a real account.
Do not use unknown predictor apps to compensate for timing delays. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or remote access. If play is becoming stressful or hard to control, stop rather than trying to optimize the next cash-out.
Summary
Manual Collect is processed by the game server; Auto Cashout sends a request at a preset target when the game supports it. A crash can arrive before either request is accepted, and the active stake may then be lost.
Confirm the version, setting and panel before take-off. Set a budget and time limit separately from the cash-out controls. Automation can repeat or trigger an instruction; it cannot remove chance or guarantee a return.
SmartSoft facts and version-specific details
SmartSoft says JetX launched in 2018 and describes it as its flagship flying crash game. Its newer product page presents a refreshed ‘New Era’ build, with four simultaneous bets, advanced Autoplay and Auto Cashout, live player data and round history. SmartSoft also advertises a 3.9 MB package and says the newer build loads 60% faster and is 50% lighter. These are provider statements about its product, not independent tests on a Ghanaian network or a particular casino integration.
The public game launcher’s rules panel lists a JetX RTP range of 96.7%–98.8% and explains that the maximum RTP is associated with choosing the lowest possible crash multiplier. The panel’s version, operator configuration and options matter. We therefore report the range as a provider-rule disclosure, not a fixed return for every account, and recommend checking the exact Rules or Winnings panel inside the game you open.
How to interpret cash-out, RTP and a result
In JetX, a player places a stake before take-off, then may use Collect before the plane explodes. If the game server processes the Collect request while the flight is active, the return is settled at the multiplier in effect at processing time. The public rules note that internet connection and processing delays can matter, commonly around 200–300 milliseconds in the demo help text. If an explosion happens before a request is accepted, an open stake is lost under the rules.
A theoretical RTP does not predict the next crash point or guarantee a session return. Round history records completed outcomes; it does not make the next round due to be high or low. We do not derive exact crash probabilities from the RTP range alone, and we do not treat a fast click or a pattern in a history strip as a way to influence the random result.
Ghana operator register and game availability are separate checks
The Gaming Commission of Ghana publishes a licensed-operators register. On 28 October 2026, the page listed 1XBET, BETIKA, BETWAY and SPORTYBET in specified betting and/or online-casino categories for the 2026 licence period. Revisit the live register because the trade names, categories and dates can change.
A register row identifies the category and dates shown by the Commission; it does not prove that JetX appears in a live catalogue or is available to every account. This publisher supplied affiliate links for those brands. We have not opened accounts, inspected logged-in catalogues, tested deposits or withdrawals, or contacted support. Confirm the legal company, game listing, SmartSoft attribution and current terms directly before deciding.
Limits, research scope and safer play
The Gaming Commission’s public guidance tells players to set budget and time limits, take breaks, understand the game and avoid relying on ‘good luck’ strategies. Choose an amount that can be lost without affecting essentials, keep borrowed money and bills out of gambling, and stop when the limit is reached. An Auto Cashout setting can automate a selected instruction; it cannot protect every stake from a crash or make a session profitable.
