Server processes the request

SmartSoft’s public rules say a cash-out is settled at the actual multiplier when the server processes the request.

The demo help mentions typical delay around 200–300 ms; this is not a guarantee for any connection.

Keep the round ID, time, stake and final record. Use official operator support.
